Paolo di Giosia

Born in 1961, he lives and works in Teramo. His pictures simply describe a real world so that everyone through his releases is able to think over, reflect and dream. The artist’s photography is very different from press or documentary-pictures In 2007 he published a new photographic volume “Solitudini” which tells in a poetical form a world of different people. He gives the reader the images of lonely men, women and children, of human sufferings and silence. According to the artist’s idea our world is a desert of coldness and indifference where people are lonely and isolated. Currently he is working inside of abandoned places and in the old psychiatric hospital of Teramo.
